@lorena-cure mentioned in Slack here that the copy of the empty custom tab feels off:

If the user goes to the "Custom" tab and hasn't created any custom templates, don't show the ghost or "No results found" text that we see above
If a user searches something and doesn't get any results, still show "No results found"
