Issue - Enhancement

When a card hasn't been touched for a configurable time, I want them to rot (and perhaps even auto-hide themselves), so that I can focus on a smaller number of more pressing issues.

Idea: I may also be encouraged to snooze or archive them

I would recommend 3 configurable options with defaults:

• 1. How long until a card has a status of “stale” meaning no activity. Default to 2 weeks.
• 2. Notification options when a card goes stale (3 check boxes):
  • Notify team lead (default: checked)
  • Notify owner (default: checked)
  • Notify mentioned team members (default: not checked)
• 3. Status options when a card goes stale (3 options radio)
  • Snoozed (default selection)
  • Archived
  • No change
