Feature Requests and Bug Fixes
Feature Requests:
Add an option to automatically close the Quick Paste window when it loses focus after being shown or hidden.
Allow users to configure the number of lines displayed per clipboard item, or use a default setting.
Provide customization for the position of the Quick Paste window when invoked via a hotkey. Position options should include: default, last opened position, or near the mouse cursor (with an additional toggle for enabling or disabling this behavior).
Bug Fix:
Resolve an issue where the Quick Paste window cannot be invoked via the global hotkey after a hotkey conflict with another application. This issue persists even after the conflicting application is closed, requiring the user to restart the Quick Paste tool to restore hotkey functionality.Thank you to all the contributors of PasteBarApps.

I think you need to make sure your global hotkey does not conflict with another application on your system. Hotkeys are set at the OS level, and even if you close the other app, it could still conflict with the PasteBar app. Try choosing a different hotkey combination.
