Cannot access origin_ui from cache

I am getting 404 for the following endpoint on the cache:
https://localhost:8444/api/v1.0/origin_ui/exports

This endpoint populates the data export table.

Run the cache

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I would expect to be able to use this endpoint.
