It would be very useful for admins and developers if the Director displayed each service's Pelican version in this part of the display.

As far as I understand, we now include version info in all server ads sent to the Director (reported by @patrickbrophy, @turetske) so this should be pretty easy to do. In the event that a version can't be determined through the server ad, we should use a fallback "unknown" version.
