A few more file functions which are abstract and inherited from AbstractFileSystem that need to be implemented are:

_cp_file
_pipe_file
_put_file
_rm_file
cp_file
ls

Either implement them or pass them through to https or put up an error/warning such as for _rm_file, which we don't want to allow.
