Revisiting connectivity matrices #191

The connectivity matrix workflow has not been updated in a few years, and there are some features that we should add to make the connectivity matrices as reasonable as possible. Please feel free to make suggestions

  • Change file format from matlab to BIDS connectivity
  • Figure out how to weight connectivity by scalar maps
  • Figure out how to do a group level rescaling of sift connectivity matrices. mrtrix3_connectome does this

I'm also thinking about possibly converting dsi studio's trk file into tck so it can go directly into tck2connectome and be more comparable to what comes out of the mrtrix workflow. This will make calculating the edge weights from arbitrary scalar maps pretty easy too
