regress_process order for fc-36p_scrub.dsn

Is there a reason why the scrubbing design file is using regress_process=DMT-REG-TMP instead of DMT-TMP-REG ?

Is it to follow the original paper? Or is there another reason for better preprocessing when scrubbing?

The documentation mentions that DMT-TMP-REG is better:
