so that all configs are actually testet. Need to learn more of cmake before.

The cevelop workspace contains different build configurations for clang and gcc with different settings for run-time error handling (assert(), NDEBUG, PS_ASSERT_THROWS). However, my cmake knowledge is too limited to set those things accordingly, so that CI will run all of them.
