KoinFunds: Is a Decentralized crowdfunding platform that allows entrepreneurs and small businesses to raise funds from a global pool of investors without the need for traditional intermediaries.

🧐 Problem Statement

In Nigeria, there are some challenges that hinder crowdfunding, its growth and potential. Some of these challenges are:

  • Regulatory issues: There is no comprehensive legal framework to regulate crowdfunding platforms and protect investors and entrepreneurs.

  • Trust and transparency: There is a lack of trust and confidence among investors and entrepreneurs due to insufficient information disclosure and verification .

  • Double taxation: There is a possibility of being taxed twice by both the government and the crowdfunding platform on the same income.

Following this format will result in a workable document that can be used to understand the problem and elicit requirements that will lead to a winning solution.

As the dapp looks to we would also love to provide more services in the following ways:

  • Premium Services: The dapp would offer premium services such as project reviews, marketing and legal support..
  • Token Sales: the dapp can issue its own tokens and sell them to investors to raise capital.
  • Community: Building a community of project creators and investors

🏁 Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.

Prerequisites

You must have Node installed on your Pc

If you don't visit Node to download for your system Specification.

Installing

  1. Git clone https://github.com/ayeolakenny/koin-funds in your terminal.
git clone <https://github.com/ayeolakenny/koin-funds>
  1. And Install dependencies
cd koin-funds
yarn install # or npm install
  1. Start Hardhat Node
yarn hardhat Node
  1. Run the Front End Application
yarn start
