proposals to organizations relationships

I know this was discussed before. Is there something we need to do when we bring new proposals in to have them connect to organizations? For example, right now, synthetic data has proposals and we have organizations that must have had records generated in the bulk import but, the relationships to proposals is missing. Is that some we need to do periodically or as part of creation into the DB?

This is now not operational with the recent changes to the API and data model. It will not until we come back and update the front-end at some point.
