You could try older versions in requirements.txt for some packages, but i can't say which one exactly is the problem, sorry.

I managed to build a container image using astrofrog/pypi-timemachine. For anyone wants to try this project in container, check my fork: https://github.com/sainnhe/telnet-iot-honeypot#running-in-container
