An interesting feature to have would be the ability to simulate a CD burner that could create a ISO image.
What would apply here is a scenario with vintage music equipment, such as digital recorders. In particular, units such as Yamaha AW4416 and AW2816 do not have other connectivity than SCSI which poses a problem if one wants to export the recordings to a modern-day computer. While it is possible to perform a backup of the existing songs to an external SCSI device (such as HDD), the output format is proprietary and requires additional tools to extract the musical content.
