Incorrect display of PP on some maps.

I've noticed it many times, but I've ignored it. And sometimes, immediately after completing the beatmap, it doesn't show correctly, but as soon as you exit the results screen and open the replay, it starts to show correctly. But now it shows incorrectly all the time.

Never seen this myself, and can not reproduce by simply opening your replay(https://osu.ppy.sh/scores/4250958093) - You'll have to set SC logging level to Trace, and when you encounter this again, send SC logs from the play session(located at <SC>\Files\Logs) here along with the score/replay.
