New Headers

To set up 3 Different types of header components for reusability.

Types of Headers:

Header Type I
On main pages - (Projects, Competition & World) --> when scrolled, stack the tabs on top.

Header Type II
for Single Projects, Single Competition and Single Contributions.

Header Type III
Scroll up, stick the header, but make it smaller
Dont animate, just show header on menu when scroll is greater than x height or something.
