Incorrectly calculating capture percentages causing no use of razzberry and ultraballs

I'm sorry, I don't have much time but didn't see this reported. For now, please look at logs.

The percentage rises over 100 percent, this loop doesn't seem to clear the value per loop correctly, if no one looks at it i will look at it tomorrow morning.
