Thanks for the report! We've just made some site changes (see: https://blog.polymer-project.org/updates/2015/03/10/updated-site/). We broke some links in the process and we're still tracking them down.

These ones are fixed in #948

(tl;dr; change "samples" to "0.5/samples" in each of the URLs to find the source code until we push this change live.)
