Polymer docs gives wrong information

While you are at "paper-transition-dialog", the title and link both goes to paper-toggle-button.

Not sure whether this is supposed to be in the docs, but the current doc comments in paper-transition are wrong.

http://www.polymer-project.org/docs/elements/paper-elements.html#paper-dialog-transition is the new page, but the demo link is still busted. That's captured in: Polymer/old-docs-site#457
