Polymer as UI only

If there was a clean UI (HTML, CSS, JS) as a standalone UI framework without the core concept itself so that it can be used with other server side languages like NodeJS (expressJS) that would be awesome :)

Can you explain more what you mean? Polymer is a web library and is server agnostic.

@sorvell For example the paper elements here: http://www.polymer-project.org/components/paper-elements/demo.html#paper-tabs if there was a pure HTML, CSS implementation that can be used in any browser as separate UI elements without the actual Polymer library so that we can use it exactly as Bootstrap or Semantic UI frameworks.

@mattstyles of course no, I just wanted to use the material design UI without the need to use Polymer, I mean i only need the UI, you know it's too early to use Polymer in a production environment due to it's nature ;)
