Make Microsoft/OSInfo an exportable resource

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

As a user, I want to be able to export the current system's operating system information alongside any other instances so I can be sure that any implicit OS-specific behaviors are the same.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

The Microsoft/OSInfo resource can be exportable as it is a single-instance resource that never uses input to retrieve the current state. Updating the resource to support exporting would only require defining the export section in the resource manifest.
