Beautifying terminal is not an OCD, it's called perfectionism 😎
Here's what I use:
- iTerm2 as default terminal app
- oh my zsh as default shell
- solarized dark theme as iTerm theme
- powerline shell and meslo-powerline font to prettify terminal
- rvm, nvm, swiftenv and probably some more to manage versions
- git plugin to save valuable time
code .
command to launch code editor- z command to track directories
I always backup my iTerm profile so I can easily setup new terminal if I've to work on a new machine for some reasons. Checkout my backup file com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
