BUG: agent urls redirect to main agent page #1309

Bug Description
When I load the main agents page https://cloud.prefect.io/agent and click on 'More' to get to the specific agent details, it looks like it correctly navigates to the agent page and shows this url (for example) (https://cloud.prefect.io/anaconda/agent/00372cd8-2bc1-47f9-b8de-ca460e97647b) but if I reload that url again, after some redirects I end up back at the main agents page.

Steps To Reproduce

Copy an agent url into the browser search bar (like the one above) and press enter.

I saw this same issue happen with flow run pages a while ago but it corrected itself before I filed an issue.
