[Feature]: Add documentation for miscellaneous code

What feature do you want to see added?

Not going to approve immediately, would like some opinions.

Possibly add documentation for miscellaneous repositories.

Why do you want to have this feature?

It may be useful to have documentation on some of our miscellaneous repositories/code bases, such as the Discord bots, https://github.com/PretendoNetwork/error-codes, etc.

While not necessary for typical development work, they may be useful in specific contexts.

That being said, I do not wish to overly clutter these docs. These could just be documented on the actual repository.
