Describe the bug

The refresh button can sometimes appear at the edge of the screen, as if it’s in between tab panes.

Steps to reproduce

Click the likes underneath a post.

Expected behavior

We see a list of likes or no likes, and we see a refresh button within the tab pane.

Environment

This post has 1 like, but drilling into it shows an empty list and the refresh button in an unexpected spot.
