Describe the bug

rsyslog sometimes crash and no more logs are available from this container

To Reproduce

unclear, sometimes on container restart

Expected behavior

don't miss logs from opendkim

Environment

container stack

Additional context

opendkim-1  | rsyslogd: pidfile '/run/rsyslogd.pid' and pid 17 already exist.
opendkim-1  | If you want to run multiple instances of rsyslog, you need to specify
opendkim-1  | different pid files for them (-i option).
opendkim-1  | rsyslogd: run failed with error -3000 (see rsyslog.h or try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/3000 to learn what that number means)
