Add Mailpit (mail catcher) to the dev compose file

While I was working on reports, I didn't find an easy way to read the emails sent by AgentJ.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add Mailpit (https://mailpit.axllent.org/) to the development environment so we can read easily the emails sent by AgentJ and to avoid to send emails to real users.
