Procurement uses an outdated version of the currency tab.

Thanks for filing the bug. The tab is indeed out of date, but at least with 3.10 the tab uses a static background image, instead of the variable one from 3.9, so it will be easier to implement now.

For reference when updating the tab, the 3.10 background image is at https://web.poecdn.com/image/inventory/StashPanelCurrency.png and is copied below:
