Describe the bug

Lazy initialization exception thrown when attempting to a change a user's password.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Hit the login endpoint
  2. Hit the change user password endpoint
  3. See error

Expected behaviour

No exception thrown.
