Bug: Copilot col/pos lights MP sync

Bug Report

When the Copilot switches on the col or pos lights they will appear on for the copilot momentarily then turn off, no one else sees them turn on at all

Description:

Expected Behavior

Lights current state should be synced across all clients

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Spawn mh-60 in a MP server (night)
2. Have one person get in pilot seat and turn on engines
3. Have second person get in as copilot and try to turn on pos and col lights
