Provide data for past years ref 1 & 2 for 6 data tables

Need from the client for Health and Education UI work.

We need data for 6 data tables - we only have the current sheet. We need past years ref 1 and ref 2

This will really help with the presentation

We need to be able to showcase that you can change the ref through the UI. This will enable us to show that the data changes. We need alternate data sets.

Can we also have the output data/ results.
