* Use pythia-datasets in pandas notebook

* Init numpy from python-training

* Remove branding, refactor solutions, rename notebooks

* Update TOC for new notebooks

* Lint for pre-commit

* Modify example code for quick nan removal

* Re-run template and clean metadata

* Template and content pass for basics

* Template and content pass for intermediate

* Template and content pass (yow) for broadcasting

* Remove empty last cell

* Rename numpy-intermediate in toc

* Spelling/grammar and response to reviews

* Incorporate feedback

* Remove extraneous data file
