Differentiate roads from region outlines on user dashboard map

On the user dashboard map, roads are now the same shade of gray as neighborhood outlines, so you can't distinguish between the two. They should definitely be different colors. Example below, where the long line is actually the outline of a neighborhood.

This may be an issue on other maps as well, I haven't checked. It should be fixed on all maps.
