Using the wrong icon for Can't See the Sidewalk labels on LabelMap and Gallery

Brief description of problem/feature

For the Occlusion (Can't See the Sidewalk) label type, we are using the icon for the Other label type in Gallery and LabelMap! I believe that this applies to all derivatives of LabelMap, including the map on the admin dashboard and admin/user dashboards.

But we have a nice new Occlusion icon that we're using on the Explore page that we should use everywhere!

We'll have to copy the image over and resize it to the appropriate dimensions to match the other label types in the same folder.
