New Validate Beta add "hide label" button

Brief description of problem/feature

Looks like I forgot to add the "hide/unhide label" button to the new Validate page! You can see this screenshot from our mocks where it's included. The keyboard shortcut for it is set up, I just forgot to add the actual button itself!
