Update to use Helia instead of deprecated js-ipfs

js-ipfs is deprecated and replaced by Helia per ipfs/js-ipfs#4336 . As a result, if we're going to still have tutorials for IPFS in JS, they should be converted to Helia. This is a tracking issue for that effort.

@BigLep here's the first teo tasks related to this issues:

1. Install helia as a dep install Helia as a dependency #879
2. Helia 101 tutorial New Tutorial: Helia 101 #878. Starting on it now.

Once I get edit access, I'll make more sub issues to track individual Helia tutorial tasks and update the PR description accordingly
