Sprinklers do not work with potions (Fabric 1.20.1)

What happened?

When connecting a sprinkler to a tank filled with any kind of potion, the sprinkler only gets filled up a little (1-80 mB), does not sprinkle below it (neither visually nor functionally) and does not get filled up further.
