Keep failing on installing maturin in termux

Currently i'm using a Termux to run a webserver and one of the requirements is using maturin. But it keeps failing on that part.
Running the command below

pip install maturin

Produce this result

Your rustc version is too low, upgrade it to at least 1.70.0.
