Had to remove some alpha/beta releases on PyPI to let new release out.

imho we can just delete all the old prereleases. deploying to all the different platform takes a lot of storage unfortunately

Opened pypi/support#1940 to increase the limit.

imho we can just delete all the old prereleases.
