Update docs for all cookiecutters

I updated all the cookiecutters to use a context manager, and there have been other recent changes to the starter. Update the docs in the following places:

There's a PR in pytest that fixes the failing builds of the cookiecutters in Python 2.7 on Windows. I don't have an ETA of the next release, but pytest 3.7.4 will have it.
