Sort params list in run workflow form

The params are currently displayed in undefined order, which makes it hard to work with when there is a lot them. To improve usability, params should be in a reproducible order.

If possible, it would be best for users to match the order in which the params are defined in the notebook. However, this might not be straightforward when combining cells from different notebooks. Minimally, we can sort the params in alphabetical order.
