服务层分片处理的时候，如果我的业务上需要用到2个区的不同数据库，但是又必须保证是原子的，怎么处理呢

调整业务，在SERVICE层使用最终一致性解决（跟处理跨服务的事务一样），参考https://github.com/QNJR-GROUP/EasyTransaction
