This is a task that is quite annoying and that you have to do quite often:

The syntax could be:

php refactor.phar create-setter <file> <line>
php refactor.phar create-getter <file> <line>

and maybe (but not absolutely necessary) :

php refactor.phar create-getter-setter <file> <line>
