Dear Qianzhao,

Sorry to bother you.

I met a problem that I want perform the hic aggregate analysis, but I have so many peaks(almost 10,000) cause the hicAggregateContacts running very slow.

Do you have any suggestion or ideas?

The result of hicAggregateContacts shown below.
