Support query string for the search plugin

For example, https://docsify.js.org/#/?s=navbar would open the website and automatically input "navbar" in the search bar (if the search plugin is enabled).

This would be helpful when a user asks you something that is written in the docs, but you do not bother to find the exact link for him.
