[ EPIC ] Convert "Run" section to "Run on hardware" section

As part of the transition towards patterns the "run" section of the docs should be refactored to represent the second step in the patterns workflow.

Question: should we keep the urls the same? the change from "run" to "run on hardware" is minimal so maybe note worth changing the urls?
