What is the expected enhancement?

Some unexpected remaining kubernetes resources after the helm chart uninstall may cause some difficulties to user. These resources should be deleted. An example of the resource is rayclient. When it is not deleted after uninstall, a new ray cluster is created at the next new install of the helm chart.
