Integrate a timeline view for events in conda-forge (such as uploads) to the Quetz maintainers' dashboard.

The Quetz instance will accumulate rich logs of the conda-forge and bioconda ecosystems.

The data collected can be useful to provide information about estimated usage, popularity, growth and other metrics.
