Currently Conda will charge if download packages from their repo, see this URL

https://www.reddit.com/r/Python/comments/iqsk3y/anaconda_is_not_free_for_commercial_use_anymore/

Will QC have a plan to remove the conda environment and use python3-venv or UV that purely depends on pypi repo?

Also Python 3.12 have been exists long time now, I checked all python 3.11 packages that required by Lean are smooth in 3.12, except QC customized Pythonnet packages still depend on Python 3.11, any plan to upgrade the QC version of Pythonnet to python 3.12?

Thanks
