Feature request

Currently there is multiple steps to open preview link of placement. I think it is good idea to add
qubit placement preview
witch will open preview link in browser from cli.

great idea @beka-bendeliani-inception! we do have qubit placement open, which opens the placement editor where you can click preview, but i also don't think it would be too hard to open the preview url, would welcome a PR!
