Baconit should wait 10-30 seconds for internet connection after resuming to allow for Wi-Fi network stack to connect.

Currently every time I resume from hibernation, it says that I have no internet connection. Which while it is true at that moment, 3-5 second later I do have internet.

I'd like it to wait that long even if not resuming. When out and about a short drop off can happen and it's annoying having a full model alert for what may only be a few seconds of no connection.

Another option may be to change it from a modal to just an unobtrusive notification at the top or bottom of the screen.
